1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIScan.pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIScan.pro provides AI visibility analysis reports and ongoing monitoring subscriptions for websites. Our Service scans your website and evaluates its visibility across major AI platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others.

3. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Paddle.com. By purchasing a report or subscribing to a plan, you agree to:

• Pay the stated price at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans until cancelled

All prices are listed in USD and ILS. The applicable currency is determined based on your location. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, handling tax collection and compliance.

4. One-Time Reports

One-time AI Visibility Reports are delivered digitally to your email within minutes of payment. Due to the digital nature of the product, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Authority) are billed monthly and include:

• Weekly automated AI visibility scans
• A personalized monitoring dashboard
• Email reports and alerts

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit URLs of websites you do not own or have authorization to scan
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
• Resell or redistribute reports without written permission

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, scores, recommendations, and content generated by AIScan.pro are the intellectual property of AIScan.pro. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your purchased reports for your own business purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI visibility scores and recommendations are based on automated analysis and should be used as guidance, not as guarantees of search performance. Results may vary based on AI platform updates and algorithm changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

AIScan.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
